It is always our goal to have patients return to their home as soon as possible.

Our short-term care unit provides a high level of medical care for patients recovering from surgery or acute medical problems. Intravenous therapy and respiratory care are among the services offered. This unit is for patients transferred from hospitals who are expected to return home. We would be happy to assist you for advanced planning of your post orthopedic rehabilitation.

Rehabilitation

The mission of Copley at Stoughton’s rehabilitation program is to help patients reach their maximum capabilities, independence and enjoyment of life. The Rehabilitation Suite contains separate physical, occupational, and speech therapy areas and is equipped to deal with a range of conditions resulting from elective orthopedic procedures, injury or debilitating acute/chronic illnesses.

Respite & Hospice Care

Copley at Stoughton offers respite care for short term stays. In addition, we work with hospice programs to provide special care for terminally ill patients.

Discharge Services

Careful preparation is given to the discharge of all residents. A multi-disciplinary team works together with the resident and family members to make sure that all necessary support resources are provided for living at home. The goal is to make the transition as easy as possible.
