At every event, party or hotel you go to, the top concern is always the food, and those same concerns come into play while choosing a nursing home. One of the most missed things is a home cooked meal, which is why here at Copley at Stoughton, we believe that making you feel comfortable starts with the food we serve you.
Our dietary staff takes pride in writing our menus and providing our residents with delicious, homemade meals three times a day. It is important to us that we make every attempt to exceed our guest’s expectations; which is why we put as much effort into our dietary program as all of our other programs.
Residents at Copley at Stoughton can expect to see everything from scallop and shrimp scampi to chicken piccata with lemon risotto to roasted vegetables and maple glazed pork tenderloin. Of course, Copley at Stoughton must be in line with state regulations, but we do not limit our resident’s choice to what appears on the menu. We are more than happy to meet any request within reason and feel it is important to stay up to date with the latest culinary trends; which is why we research different restaurant’s menus when creating our own to see what’s new and exciting.
We take pride in the fact that many of our residents leave Copley at Stoughton satisfied with the therapy they receive, but we want to ensure that they feel the same way when it comes to the food they were served. We know that many nursing homes find that saving money comes easiest when food expenses are cut, but here at Copley at Stoughton, we recognize the importance of good food quality. If you have any question regarding Copley’s dietary services please feel free to contact Marcia Bennett, Food Service Director or Bobbi Jo Thatcher, Executive Chef at (781) 341-2300.
