Copley at Stoughton, a nursing center offering post-acute care and long term nursing care, was deemed deficiency-free by the Department of Public Health.
The Department of Public Health inspects all skilled nursing centers unannounced every nine to 15 months and inspects more than 600 individual regulations. Surveyors consider everything from the resident’s quality of care and quality of life to the adequacy of staffing, cleanliness and safety of the facility to food preparation and professional standards. The department publicly publishes their findings.
